Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor
YFA Connections has a full-time Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor position available in our Adult Outpatient Co-Occurring Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders “Aspire” Program. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of five master’s level dually certified clinical staff, participates as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, quality assurance of clinical documentation, program planning and development.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Master’s degree in social services
• Substance Use Disorders Professional
• Licensed as an LHMC or LICSW in the State of Washington for 2 years or more
• Mental Health Professional designation by DBHR
• Meet the WAC requirements for SUD Clinical Supervisor
• Documented experience serving individuals with co-occurring disorders
• Clinical supervision experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational and technology skills
