Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist

Full time position, providing assessment, individual, and group treatment services to adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.  Hours are Mon- /Fri noon-8pm with a one hour lunch.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Master’s Degree in behavioral health area of concentration
  • Current Washington State Certified Substance Use Disorder Professional or Trainee credential in Washington State
  • Washington State DOH Mental Health Professional designation
  • Experience working with individuals impacted by mental health and addiction issues

Crisis Residential Center Direct Care Staff

Part time and full time positions available at Crisis Residential Center.  Direct care staff are program staff members responsible for client care, supervision and engagement, client intakes, and behavior management of youth.

Required Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of successful experience working with youth in a group setting; or one year of successful experience as a foster parent; and two years of college may be substituted for the required experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong conflict mediation skills
  • Flexible work availability including the ability to work evening, weekend, overnight, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to pass a criminal and DSHS background check

School-Based Mental Health Therapist

Full time/year-round position, providing outpatient mental health services to Medicaid eligible youth and families enrolled in Riverside School District. Service modalities include, but are not limited to intake, brief intervention treatment, family treatment, group treatment, individual treatment, case management, medication monitoring, and therapeutic psychoeducation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Graduate degree in counseling, behavioral sciences, or related field.
  • Ability to obtain Washington State Mental Health Professional credential.
  • Department of Health credential or ability to obtain DOH credential in counseling or social work.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Social Worker
  • Child Mental Health Specialist
