School-Based Mental Health Therapist

Full time/year-round position, providing outpatient mental health services to Medicaid eligible youth and families enrolled in Riverside School District. Service modalities include, but are not limited to intake, brief intervention treatment, family treatment, group treatment, individual treatment, case management, medication monitoring, and therapeutic psychoeducation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Graduate degree in counseling, behavioral sciences, or related field.
  • Ability to obtain Washington State Mental Health Professional credential.
  • Department of Health credential or ability to obtain DOH credential in counseling or social work.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Social Worker
  • Child Mental Health Specialist

  • Current Washington State Certified Substance Use Disorder Professional or Trainee credential in Washington State
  • Washington State DBHR Mental Health Professional designation

Behavioral Health Care and Intake Coordinator position available at outpatient mental health and substance use disorder agency.  Position is responsible for coordination of care for Medicaid-insured behavioral health clients and for management of assessment/intake schedule for Adult Treatment Services.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Associates degree or equivalent (bachelor’s preferred)
  • WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor credential or ability to obtain
  • Valid drivers license, insurance and safe, operable motor vehicle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Ability to network within the community and work with diverse populations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Crisis Residential Center Direct Care Staff

Part time and full time positions available at Crisis Residential Center.  Direct care staff are program staff members responsible for client care, supervision and engagement, client intakes, and behavior management of youth.

Required Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of successful experience working with youth in a group setting; or one year of successful experience as a foster parent; and two years of college may be substituted for the required experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong conflict mediation skills
  • Flexible work availability including the ability to work evening, weekend, overnight, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to pass a criminal and DSHS background check

Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.


Crisis Residential Center Program Manager

Full time position, Monday-Friday.

Duties include:

  • assisting with program management and administration
  • providing staff training, supervision, and evaluation
  • providing care and supervision to youth, including teaching life skills, assisting in conflict resolution & problem solving, and providing behavior management
  • completing youth charts and reports

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in social services field and 2 years’ experience working with adolescents.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • At least two years experience working with adolescents
  • At least one year experience providing supervision and training to staff working with youth.
  • At least one year experience providing case management and knowledge of community resources/services
  • Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
